    MONDAY: Road To Hana

    Undoubtedly one of the best tours on the island, the Road to Hana is an absolute must-do experience on Maui. We’ll make the winding drive to Hana, making stops along the way at breathtaking waterfalls to cliff jump, hiking trails, roadside farm stands, beautiful lookouts, the Ke'anae Arboretum, and botanical garden.

    TUESDAY: Whale Watching

    Join us for one of the most unforgettable experiences in Hawaii, the whale-watching season. Every year, thousands of humpback whales migrate to the warm waters around Maui, and there is a good chance you will spot them breaching, tail slapping, or cruising through the ocean. It is an incredible opportunity to see these massive and majestic animals up close. Grab your camera, bring your sense of adventure, and get ready for a fun day on the water with fellow travelers from Howzit Hostels.

    WEDNESDAY: Group Hike

    From Iao Valley to Waihee Ridge Trail, wherever we go, there are some hikes on Maui you won’t want to miss! Push your body to its limit as you hike higher up mountain ridges or deeper into bamboo forests.

    THURSDAY: Snorkeling

    Ever wonder what it would be like to swim beside giant sea turtles or schools of thousands of colorful fish?! Let us show you. Swim underwater, close to these amazing creatures, without disturbing them.

    THURSDAY NIGHT: Margarita & Karaoke Night (FREE!)

    7 PM - 10 PM

    Who doesn’t love free drinks?! There’s salt, there’s ice, free margaritas, and all the bartenders are nice! Served right here in our lobby until 10 p.m. or until we run out for those who are 21+.

  • FRIDAY: Maui Love Day (FREE!)

    9 AM - 2 PM

    Join us for a tour with a purpose! Partnering with local nonprofits, we engage in activities like ecological restoration, beach cleanups, and volunteering at cultural sites. Embrace the Hawaiian practice of caring for the land and oceans while learning about their importance.

    After volunteering, we’ll grab lunch and enjoy some much-deserved relaxation by the water.

    One of the most fun and authentic ways to experience island culture, the drum circle is a favorite among our guests. We’ll head to a local gathering where travelers and locals come together through music, movement, and shared energy. Expect live drumming, dancing, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that’s completely free and open to everyone.
